Serendia Wellness was born from a deep belief in the power of holistic practices to bring people back to themselves—mind, body, and spirit. Founded by Jessica Barker, a Holistic Wellness Practitioner with well over a decade of experience, Serendia offers a grounded, heart-led approach to well-being.

With over 800 hours of initial Yoga training in Byron Bay, Australia, Jessica brings depth and authenticity to every practice. She holds a diploma in Sound Therapy from the Sound Healing Academy and has also trained in trauma-informed approaches, Level 1 Reiki, and multiple Massage Therapy techniques. Her work is rooted in presence, care, and a deep understanding of the nervous system.

Serendia serves both individuals and the workplace—offering soulful experiences like Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Massage to support everyday well-being and long-term resilience.

Whether through a retreat in nature, a one-to-one session, or an in-office wellness day, Serendia's mission is to reconnect people to their vitality, ease, and potential.

Based in Bisley Surrey, you’ll find me teaching yoga in a beautiful yurt, offering massage therapies from my private studio, holding space through sound healing and guiding others through life’s transitions with coaching. I also create nourishing retreats and bring wellness into the workplace through tailored sessions. I feel truly honoured to do this work—and genuinely love what I do.
